I have an account i still have access to but need to switch computers due to a broken screen. I have payroll in 2 days and nobody is able to help me to reset my password. How can i refund 365 if I cant use it anymore? waiting 4 days for account access potentially is wildly unacceptable. Do i just do a dispute through paypal or can someone help in a timely manner????!!!!
