Dear @Paul Luisada,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps:
Set up a PIN for Windows sign-in
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options > Ways to sign in > select PIN.
- Select Set up and follow the on-screen instructions to create your PIN.
- Next time you reach the sign-in screen, choose the PIN option to sign in with your new PIN instead of your password.
- If you are using a Microsoft account and want to stop using passwords on that device, in Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, turn on: "For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device"

I sincerely hope you understand that the initial steps I suggested may not have completely fixed the issue, as there may still be underlying causes that have not yet been identified. I am here to work closely with you, troubleshoot effectively, and explore every possible solution to ensure the best possible outcome.
