    Hi blou,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

That's one of the Text input themes.

You may change or customize Text input theme by navigating to Settings > Personalization > Text input > scroll down to Theme section.

I hope that above information is helpful to you.

Do a clean boot using this instruction: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd

Make sure you follow the instruction closely and do NOT disable the Microsoft services.

Then see if you still see this same issue while you are in clean boot environment.

If you're asking about the brown/dark background in the Emoji panel, that's actually normal — Windows 11 uses a "Mica" or "Acrylic" transparency effect that reflects your current desktop wallpaper. Since your wallpaper appears to be a brown/earthy tone, the emoji panel picks that up. To change it you would simply change your wallpaper or accent color.

If this is related to your earlier Snipping Tool question, your version info would be found inside the Snipping Tool app itself (three dots → About), not the emoji panel.
