Not receiving emails from a few specific senders in Hotmail

Recently, I've noticed that my Hotmail is not receiving emails from certain people, and the list of these people have increased. These emails are not even going into the Junk folder.

I've tried to add the email addresses of these people to my Safe Sender list, added their email domains, and added their email addresses to my Contacts. But still emails from these people are still blocked by Hotmail.

Please tell me why there are more sender emails are being blocked by Hotmail. There is no problem when I asked them to send to my Gmail instead.

Since they could send to your gmail, can you go to gmail, open one the examples, click on the three dots near the upper right, go to Show Original. Then share the email source please. Important - Please redact personal information, such as sender's email address and your email address from the content.
