I went to buy a Windows 11 Pro key and when i tried to complete the purchase it gave me an error. So I went to try and purchase it again and while it was processing i received a completed purchase email. Then the second attempt went through as well even though i got the same error again. So now I have 2 keys and only need 1. I need to get a refund for one of them due to the error on the Microsoft store. I know digital sales seem to not be eligible for refunds but this was a technical error on Microsoft's side. What can I do?

To address the issue of having received two Windows 11 Pro keys due to a technical error during your purchase, you can try the following steps:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since this situation involves a technical error on their side, reaching out to Microsoft Support directly is your best option. They may be able to assist you with the refund process for the extra key.
    2. Use the Microsoft Store Help: You can also visit the Microsoft Store's help section online, where you may find options for reporting issues with purchases and requesting refunds.
    3. Check Your Email: Look for any specific instructions in the purchase confirmation emails you received. Sometimes, there are links or information regarding refunds or support.

While digital sales typically have strict refund policies, explaining the circumstances of the error may help your case.
