Lost access to Work Account - Support refuses to migrate MCID manually

Hello,

I left my previous employer (EY) and my corporate email was permanently deleted. Unfortunately, my Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification was linked to that Work Account, and I forgot to link my personal MSA before leaving.

I have already opened a support ticket, but they keep telling me to log into the deleted account to perform a merge, which is physically impossible since the Azure AD tenant account no longer exists. My old company's IT department refused to reactivate it.

I have the Credential ID <Mod remove PII> and the Certification Number as proof of my achievement.

Is there any moderator or Tier 2 specialist who can help me manually unlink my MCID from the dead corporate account and migrate it to my current personal account? I am willing to provide any identity verification needed in a Private Message.

Thank you.

MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Learn username is now your unique ID.

Due to privacy and security policies, if you have lost access to the email account it is not possible to access your certifications plus it is not possible to transfer certifications between Learn profiles.
