Have you checked your bank account to see if the refund has posted? If you received an email confirming the money was returned, Microsoft has already processed the refund. Banks usually take 3 to 5 business days to reflect the amount. You can also sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing and check your Order history for the refund status. If it does not appear after a few business days, contact your bank first, then Microsoft Support if needed.
