That is pretty odd. If you connect to a different network like your Mobile hotspot, does it work then?

Typically, a repair install helps in this scenario.

The error code 0x800704cf typically indicates a network connectivity issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this error:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your Wi-Fi connection is stable and that you are connected to the internet. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network.
    2. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, simply restarting your PC can resolve connectivity issues.
    3. Update Windows: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can fix bugs and improve connectivity.
    4. Reset Network Settings: You can reset your network settings by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset. This will remove and reinstall all your network adapters and set other networking components back to their original settings.
    5. Check Firewall Settings: Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking Minecraft or the Microsoft Store. You may need to add exceptions for these applications.
    6. Run Network Troubleshooter: You can run the built-in network troubleshooter by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Internet Connections.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, consider checking for any specific issues related to the Minecraft sign-in process or contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance.
