I bought Office 365 and redeemed it to the wrong account. I want it applied to my hotmail account: [Removed PII]@hotmail.com and not [Removed PII]@outlook.com.

Please help.

Unfortunately, once a product key for Office 365 has been redeemed to a specific Microsoft account, it cannot be transferred to another account. Microsoft does not allow the transfer of subscriptions between accounts. If you have redeemed your key to the wrong account, you will need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. They may be able to help you with your specific situation, but generally, the key will remain tied to the account it was originally redeemed on.
