Redeemed a key on wrong account

Question

I bought Office 365 and redeemed it to the wrong account. I want it applied to my hotmail account: [Removed PII]@hotmail.com and not [Removed PII]@outlook.com.

Type "Chat with someone" option and press Enter.

Unfortunately, once a product key for Office 365 has been redeemed to a specific Microsoft account, it cannot be transferred to another account. Microsoft does not allow the transfer of subscriptions between accounts. If you have redeemed your key to the wrong account, you will need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
