Where is all the Microsoft information on “How Tos “ for Windows 11 Procedures?

I need the Complete startup, adding Apps and clearing ADS FROM the Screen.Also, I need

to delete Old Email accts- without deleting current Email Address. Any and All info would be

Very Much Appreciated.
