Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

When you sign in with your child account on the Microsoft Family Safety webpage, do you see your dad’s account listed as the organizer, or is only your account listed?

If your name is no longer in the family group, but websites are still blocked, it may be due to lingering parental control settings that haven't been fully removed. Here are some steps you and your dad can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Family Safety Settings: Ensure that your dad has removed your account from the family group on the Microsoft Family Safety website. He can do this by visiting family.microsoft.com.
    2. Browser Settings: Sometimes, the browser itself may have settings or extensions that block certain websites. Make sure to check if there are any active extensions or settings that could be causing the block.
    3. Registry Keys: If the parental controls were set up using registry keys, these may need to be manually adjusted. The relevant registry keys for parental controls can be found in:
      • For 32-bit systems: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ChildSafety
      • For 64-bit systems: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ChildSafety Ensure that the settings are correctly configured or consider removing them if they are no longer needed.
    4. Web Filtering: If web filtering was enabled, it may still be affecting your browsing experience. Microsoft Edge is the only supported browser that provides this functionality within Microsoft Family Safety. Ensure that web filtering settings are disabled if you are no longer part of the family group.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be helpful to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
