    Hi,

If your Bluetooth was previously connected to your computer, open Device Manager (Windows + X > Device Manager). Do you see any drivers related to your phone? If yes, right-click each one and select Uninstall. Restart your computer, then try reconnecting your device.

    • What is the make and model of your device?

In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and press Enter.

Please share a screenshot of the window that opens.

Meanwhile, I would suggest you perform these steps and check.

    1. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

Select the Start Menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

    2. Reinstall Bluetooth driver

Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

    Expand the Bluetooth section

Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, then click Uninstall Device.

Ensure the "Delete driver software for this device" is checked

    Restart your computer.

Test the Bluetooth if working or not.

If you're having trouble with the Bluetooth connection between your devices, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Restart Both Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your phone and the Bluetooth device can resolve connectivity issues.
    2. Forget and Re-Pair: On your Oppo phone, go to Bluetooth settings, find the device in the list, and choose to forget it. Then, try to pair the devices again.
    3. Check for Updates: Ensure that both your Oppo phone and the Bluetooth device have the latest firmware or software updates installed.
    4. Bluetooth Reset: If the problem persists, you might need to reset the Bluetooth settings on your phone. This can often resolve lingering connectivity issues.
    5. Interference: Make sure there are no other devices causing interference. Try turning off other Bluetooth devices nearby to see if that helps.
    6. Compatibility: Ensure that both devices are compatible with each other, especially if one is an older model.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consult the user manual for your specific Bluetooth device or check for troubleshooting guides related to your Oppo phone.
