Microsoft 365 Basic is a personal, budget-friendly subscription ($1.99/month) offering 100 GB of OneDrive cloud storage, ad-free Outlook email, and access to web/mobile versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It includes ransomware protection for files and expert support. It does not include desktop versions of Office apps. Because it uses only the web/mobile versions (not desktop apps), it can be used on as many devices as desired; you just have to sign into your Microsoft account.

Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

If the $3 plan is an official Microsoft 365 subscription, you can sign in with the same Microsoft account and use Microsoft Word on both your iPhone and your laptop. A Microsoft 365 subscription allows one user to install and stay signed in across multiple devices. However, To give you a better answer, could you please confirm the exact name of the subscription you’re referring to?

Instead of referencing the price, can you please share the plan's full name instead?
