Windows Security> Firewall & Network protection > Allow an app through firewall > Change settings - checked box for Public in File and Printer Sharing (restrictive).

I'm having a bad time trying to share an old printer.
I have an old HP LaserJet 1320n printer directly attached with a USB cable to a Windows 10 Pro 22H2 desktop which in turn is attached wirelessly to my network.
I have been trying to share that printer to another desktop running Windows 11 Pro 24H2. I'm assuming here that it is possible to do that.
On the Windows 10 machine, using Windows Explorer, under Network, I can see the printer shared as HP LaserJet 1320n.
On the Windows 11 machine, using Windows Explorer, under Network I can see the printer shared as HP LaserJet 1320n (the same thing as on the Windows 10 machine).
On the Windows 11 machine, if I right-click the icon and select Connect, I get a prompt for username and password. If I use the username and password that I sign on with for the Windows 10 machine, I get 'Windows cannot connect to the printer' with error code 0x0000052e.
I've confirmed that the username and password are correct, so I'm guessing it's a credential problem. On the Windows 11 machine, I added a Windows Credential for the Windows 10 machine, but am still getting error code 0x0000052e.
I could really use some help trying to figure this out.
