I have not purchased any subscriptions from Microsoft Store for several years. There is no official record of any account. However, my debit card has continued to be charged by Microsoft Store, $9.99 monthly. I have tried every avenue possible but I have received no response. Any suggestions? Thank you.

You can stop that automatic payment by contacting your credit card company or the payment service you use.

To stop Microsoft Store from billing you $9.99 monthly, you should first check if there are any active subscriptions linked to your Microsoft account. Since you mentioned there is no official record of any account, it might be helpful to verify your account details and see if there are any subscriptions you may have overlooked.

Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account: Go to the Microsoft account page and sign in with your credentials.
    2. Check Services & Subscriptions: Look for any active subscriptions that might be causing the charges.
    3. Cancel Subscriptions: If you find any subscriptions that you do not recognize or no longer want, you can cancel them directly from this page.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If you do not find any subscriptions or if the charges continue, it’s best to contact Microsoft Billing Support for assistance. You can do this by visiting the support page, signing in, and selecting the appropriate options to get help with billing issues.

Make sure to have your payment information and any relevant details ready when you contact support to expedite the process.
