The invoice is not available.

I’m unable to view invoices from previous months due to an account change. The payments were processed automatically, but I can’t find the invoices in the system. Could you please let me know how I can access those invoices?

    When you transfer subscriptions, cost and usage data for your Azure products aren't accessible after the transfer. We recommend that you download your cost and usage data and invoices before you transfer subscriptions. Please raise a support ticket with Microsoft for previous months invoice https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview
