Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Mohd Muktasim,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft 365 Q&A forum. I have reviewed the images, and I would like to clarify a specific detail regarding the error you are experiencing.
Based on the second screenshot you shared, your screen is currently displaying the number "41". This indicates that the Microsoft Authenticator system is working correctly and is waiting for you to complete a "number match" request.
Please try the following steps to bypass the MFA screen:
- Check the App Manually: Even if you do not see a "pop-up" notification on your phone's home screen, please manually open the Microsoft Authenticator app. Often, the prompt to enter the number 41 will be waiting inside the app once it is opened.
- Verify Network Connection: Ensure your mobile device has a strong Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
- Restart Your Device: If the app does not show the prompt after opening it, please restart your phone and try the login process again. A simple reboot can often resolve synchronization issues between the server and your device.
- Refresh the App: On the Authenticator app screen, you can "swipe down" to manually refresh and force the notification to appear.
For example, a successful notification would look like the following image:
If you open the app and still do not see a place to enter the code, or if the notification never arrives after a restart, please let me know immediately.
Since you are the sole administrator, if these manual steps fail, I will direct you to the data protect team, which is responsible for handling your issue.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to hearing from you.
