Thank you for your response confirming that the request is in a completed status.

However, we have verified in the Azure portal and the requested quota is still not reflected for our subscription.

Requested Quota: 5 (per model, per region)

This quota is required for our production SaaS platform serving enterprise customers, and we are currently blocked from proceeding.

Could you please:

Advise if there is any additional step required from our side or an expected propagation time?

If possible, kindly share the subscription or resource details where the quota has been enabled.

I think ur hitting the alloc‑lock quota says “done” but the cap‑token never synced to ur sub. if u curl quotaUsage w/ captrace and no ghost‑slot shows. sry only support can unlatch that thing.

Possible Reasons the Quota Is Not Visible

1.Propagation Delay

Even after a request is marked “Completed,” quota updates can take several hours — and in some cases up to 24 hours to fully propagate across:

Subscription systems

Regional capacity services

Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI portal UI

If the approval was recent, please allow up to 24 hours.

2.Applied to a Different Subscription

If your tenant has multiple subscriptions, the quota may have been applied to:

A different subscription ID

A different Azure OpenAI resource

A different region

Please confirm you are viewing the correct subscription.

3.Region- and Model-Specific Allocation

Quota is allocated per model, per region, per subscription.

We checked it. Quota is not reflecting anywhere. we sent email to csgate@microsoft.com
