Overview tab won't load

Hi,

I developed an agent inside Copilot Studio and everything seemed to work fine. When I opened the agent after some time the overview tab won't load with "Something went wrong" title. Other tabs seem to work fine. Tried using different browsers and incognito modes but noting worked.

Hello Matej Jakubčík - Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.
The Copilot Studio agent’s Overview tab is showing a "Something went wrong" error (Session ID: 84371ee0-0e30-11f1-a455-359e4ffbbbef), while other tabs are working properly.

Possible causes include:

Corrupted agent metadata affecting the Overview tab

Session or cache issues, even after switching browsers Temporary backend service problems Changed permissions resulting in lost access

Recommended steps:

Clear Power Platform cache: sign out of make.powerapps.com, clear browser data for *.powerapps.com and *.microsoft.com, then sign back in Try accessing the agent directly via this URL: https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/environments/{ENV_ID}/bots/{BOT_ID}/canvas or skip the Overview tab

Check the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard for Copilot Studio incidents

Test in a different environment by exporting the agent as a solution, importing it elsewhere, and checking if the Overview tab loads If the issue persists, contact Microsoft support with the session ID, as it may indicate a backend error

As a workaround, you can continue using other tabs like Topics, Analytics, and Publish, since the Overview tab is informational and not essential for agent functionality.

Well, I checked the agent some days later and it started working again. As to your answer in the end you stated

well how else can I change agents main instructions for example? I have only done it via the overview tab.
