Invitations to external users blocked

I have a critical issue. I am unable to create new invitations - through both the API and the Entra portal - for guest users. We run a small operation and only have 75 users currently, so I do not understand the flag "suspicious behaviour".

I have tried elevating my account, but I am unable to create support requests directly in the portal.

I have clients waiting, so I need my account opened, to avoid hurting our reputations with customers.
