    Hello Boogie_Blues,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please let me know when you have finished trying the AI assistant suggestion. Please keep me updated on how it goes.

Before we proceed further, may I know what it says when you tried to log in? A photo of it would be best, however, please make sure that any personal information has been removed before posting. Additionally, may I know if there are any other Microsoft Services have the same sign in issues?

    I'm waiting for your reply.

If you're having trouble signing into Mahjong and Solitaire, especially if it seems to be stuck in guest mode, here are some steps you can try:

    1. Check your Microsoft Account: Make sure you are signed into your Microsoft Account. If you're currently in guest mode, you won't be able to access your saved progress or challenges.
    2. Update Gaming Services: Ensure that your Gaming Services are up to date. You can do this by checking the version in the "Add or Remove Programs" settings. If it's outdated, you can update it using PowerShell:
      • Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers"
      • Then enter "start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN" to reinstall the Gaming Services.
    3. Update the Xbox App: Similar to Gaming Services, make sure the Xbox App is also up to date. If you're in a development sandbox, switch to RETAIL to find the Xbox App in the Microsoft Store.
    4. Restart your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve issues with sign-in services.
    5. Check for any service outages: Occasionally, sign-in issues can be due to service outages on Microsoft's end. You can check their service status online.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
