If so, could you please sign in with your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page to check whether the subscription is active?

If the subscription is active in your Microsoft account, but you get the 'subscription is inactive' status on the Office applications.
- Select your profile picture on the top right corner of any office apps, such as Word.
- Select Sign out.
- Then, sign in with your Microsoft account that has the Office subscription active.
