Xbox installed for child 20 years ago on previous computer. QuirkyJenky13

New computer purchased December 2025 and info was transferred.

Yesterday whilst accessing Microsoft Jigsaw the Xbox logo appeared and I cannot get access. I have 3 million + Gold Bars I do not want to lose.

Please help I have tried everything to sort the problem

Attempted Microsoft support - AI gave the instruction outlined in the answer to my question.

Tried the Xbox app but does not give any information about deleting Xbox.

I do not have access to ******@outlook.com set up by Curry's.

I have spent 2 days scrolling through reams of Q & A's

Please can you click onto the search bar on your taskbar

Then search 'Xbox'

You will then see a search result appear on your screen. At the top, should be the Xbox app. Please click onto 'Open'

This will load up the Xbox app on your computer. If you haven't opened it before, it may ask you to sign in. However, if you have signed into your account on Windows then it should sign you in to that account automatically.

Once it has opened, please click onto your name on the top-left of the app

Then click onto 'Sign out' if you are not signed into the right account.

This will then get the app to sign out of your account. Once it signs out, it will ask you to sign back in again. Please enter the previous Microsoft account you used for Xbox.
