Unable to take the MS Teams subscription the Admin account.

I have created a admin account with the email ID [Moderator note: personal info removed]@cognisive.com i have created users under this account. When i am trying to upgrade to MS teams from the mentioned admin account its not allowing to take subscription instead its asking to create a new MS Teams account. But we need the teams for the same admin account. Please help me with the possible solutions.

    I understand you’re having trouble upgrading to Microsoft Teams using your existing admin account. I’d like to ask a few quick questions to better understand the situation and help you troubleshoot more effectively: 

    • Where exactly are you trying to get the subscription from?  Are you using the Marketplace inside the Microsoft 365 admin center?  Or are you clicking a link or webpage outside the admin center that prompts you to “create a new Teams account”?  User's image 
    • Were you able to assign licenses to any other user accounts in your organization? 
    • If possible, could you share a screenshot of the message or prompt you receive when trying to purchase the subscription?
