Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Carsten Tobiassen,
Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you want to confirm who is using the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription that was purchased through your Apple account.
Microsoft 365 Personal is an individual subscription, so it can only be used by one person, the Apple ID holder who purchased it. There is no option to check “who uses it,” because the subscription is automatically linked to the Microsoft account you activated it with, not the Apple ID itself.
To verify which Microsoft account is using the subscription, sign in here with any Microsoft account you might have used in the past: https://account.microsoft.com/services. If the subscription was activated with that account, it will show under Services & Subscriptions.
If the subscription does not appear on any of your Microsoft accounts, you can contact Apple Support and request the activation details for your Microsoft 365 in-app purchase. Apple can confirm which Apple ID purchased it, but only the Microsoft account used during activation can actually use the subscription.

If needed, Microsoft Support can also help locate the subscription once you confirm the Microsoft account that was used during activation.
Hope this helps.
