    Hii,

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

If possible, access the device manager in the bluetooth tab, take a screenshot and post it here

Access the start menu > settings > system > troubleshoot > Other Troubleshoot > Bluetooth RUN.

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

    Thanks

To troubleshoot the issue with your Bluetooth headphones connecting and disconnecting automatically on your Windows 11 PC, you can try the following steps:

    1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    2. Remove and Re-Pair the Device: Remove your headphones from the list of paired devices and try to pair them again. To do this, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, find your headphones, click on them, and select Remove device. Then, attempt to pair them again.
    3. Check Battery Levels: Ensure that your headphones are fully charged or have fresh batteries, as low battery can affect connectivity.
    4. Update Bluetooth Drivers: Check if your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Device Manager, expanding the Bluetooth section, right-clicking on your Bluetooth adapter, and selecting Update driver.
    5. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter: You can run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and finding the Bluetooth troubleshooter to run it.
    6. Interference from Other Devices: Ensure that there are no other Bluetooth devices interfering with the connection. Disconnect any other Bluetooth devices that might be connected to your PC.
    7. Check Audio Settings: Make sure that your headphones are set as the default audio device. Go to Settings > System > Sound and check the output device settings.

Following these steps should help you resolve the connection issues with your Bluetooth headphones.
