Touchscreen and mousepad do not work.....

I have a HP 17-c4000 series and the touch screen and mouse pad both work in the UEFI environment but no other time......i bought this computer specifically because it was a touchscreen...How can i possibly fix this?

    If the touchscreen and touchpad (mouse pad) work in UEFI, the problem is likely driver-related.


    I suggest you download and install HP Support Assistant and update all drivers on your computer.

    You need to install HP Support Assistant and then use it to update your drivers. Only installing the app will not update the drivers.


    I'm suggesting HP Support Assistant because it can also identify and fix some problems, as well as being useful for installing and updating drivers on HP devices.
