Log into your Microsoft account on this link to check if you have more than one Microsoft 365 subscription listed there, if you find more than one subscription, you can select Manage on the subscription you you do not need and cancel it form there.

If you are still unable to resolve the second payment problem, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that second payment is for.

To resolve the issue of having two personal Office 365 subscriptions, you will need to cancel one of the subscriptions. Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.live.com.
    2. Navigate to the Subscriptions section.
    3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on "Manage".
    4. Follow the prompts to cancel the subscription you no longer wish to keep.

Canceling one subscription will not remove your Microsoft account, and you will still maintain access to the remaining subscription.

If you need further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft 365 Support directly for help with your account and billing issues.
