Hello,

I am unable to access my Microsoft account and need your help to resolve this issue.

Here is the situation:

I am trying to subscribe to Microsoft 365 Business using my professional email address: [Moderator note: personal info removed]@courtee.ai

When I enter this address, I am automatically redirected to sign in with [Moderator note: personal info removed]@courtee212.outlook.com — an account that was apparently created automatically and linked to my professional email. I have no access to this account and cannot bypass it to use a different one.

When I try to sign in at https://mysignins.microsoft.com/register?code=BadRequest&corr with what I believe is the correct password, I receive the following error message:

"Protect your account – This may be due to a timeout or something else. Please try again or contact your administrator and share your troubleshooting details."

I am simply trying to subscribe to Microsoft 365 Business with my professional address [Moderator note: personal info removed]@courtee.ai, but I am completely blocked.

Could you please help me:

  1. Recover or delete the automatically created account [Moderator note: personal info removed]@courtee212.outlook.com)
  2. Allow me to sign up for Microsoft 365 Business directly with [Moderator note: personal info removed]@courtee.ai

Thank you for your assistance.Capture d’écran 2026-02-20 à 13.01.23.png

    Hi @Amine Bensouda

I understand your situation now; you are no longer have access to the admin account of your domain. With this issue, you will need to contact support direcly:

Option 1: Please visit the following page and reach out to phone number via: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

You will need to get past the initial AI system to reach the live support team. You can refer to the guide below for tips on how to get through more easily:

Option 2: Please follow this link to create a trial tenant: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-basic?msockid=3eb6980b5c6860e63a588d0c5d1761d6 - after that you will be able to access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center to raise the ticket

Assuming that you have already created an account after registering a free trial and you can go to Microsoft 365 admin center and click "Help & support" icon to raise your ticket. The agent will be able to create a ticket for you under the affected tenant and then transfer this ticket to Data Protection team who could help you to regain access.

Please mention that you are raising ticket on behalf of the affected tenant that you do not have access to. The support team will help you to create ticket on the affected tenant then later on the Microsoft Data Protection team will assist you.

Note: This process will take more time than usual (7-14 working days) for your account to get access again as Data Protection is always overwhelmed with the number of tickets. As I am forum moderator, I do not have access to Microsoft internal system to assist or push this process to be quicker.

Please note that this trial is available in 30 days. Before the expiration date, please go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center and proceed to cancel the trial to prevent further charges as this trial tenant is used for ticket creation. Hi @Amine Bensouda

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A forum.

To subscribe M365 Business, please use another personal account. You cannot use an organization account to sign up for this. Because your account belongs to an organization, when set up a M365 business, you can either choose to sign in with personal email or buy a domain.

From your image, looks like the registration is not completed so the email with @courtee212.outlook.com has been created.

In conclusion, you cannot use your work account to sign up. Read here for more details:

Sign up for Microsoft 365 Business Standard - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    I hope this information helps.
