Bluestack freezes after some minutes on Windows 11

I have installed a BlueStack Emulator on Windows 11 25H2. It was working fine on lower Win11 versions.

It gets stuck after 5 minutes from when it is turned on. My personal laptop has NVIDIA GPU.

However, other PCs that don't have GPUs work fine.

I've done some research and tried to change graphics renderer mode but all of them didn't do the trick.

Anyone can help me with this issue?

    Hi Omar Felipe Cedeño Tenorio,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Does your system have KB5074109 patch, and are you able to uninstall it from your system?

In the meantime, you may try a workaround from user AJ42 on this thread: Windows 11 update KB5074109 reportedly reduces gaming performance.

    Hi,

    What are your PC specs?

Did you try a clean reinstall of Bluestacks?

Are you using version 4 or 5?

Did you update your GPU drivers and enable Intel VT-d or AMD SWM in the BIOS?

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

    Thanks
