A catch all should be a repair of windows using the Recovery option.

Every 2-5 days my computer is on the Bitlocker screen, searching for resolutions many answers are to turn off bitlocker but at least one says that there may be a corrupt boot menu. How do I find out if my boot menu is corrupted and how do I fix that

Hi! The best will be to use Event Viewer and check the BitLocker-API logs to troubleshoot BitLocker problems.

-Operational
What you’re looking for:
Events that mention recovery, TPM, PCR, Secure Boot, boot configuration, or platform validation.
Note the timestamp and compare it to what happened around then (Windows Update, BIOS update, docking/undocking, booting from USB, BIOS settings change, etc.).
This step tells you whether it’s likely:
a firmware/BIOS/Secure Boot change, or
a boot configuration (BCD/boot files) issue, or
