A catch all should be a repair of windows using the Recovery option.
Settings > System > Recovery > Fix problems using windows update, then select Reinstall now.
How do I fix boot menu issues causing bitlocker startup

Every 2-5 days my computer is on the Bitlocker screen, searching for resolutions many answers are to turn off bitlocker but at least one says that there may be a corrupt boot menu. How do I find out if my boot menu is corrupted and how do I fix that

- Press Win + R > type: eventvwr.msc
- Go to: Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > BitLocker-API

What you’re looking for:
Events that mention recovery, TPM, PCR, Secure Boot, boot configuration, or platform validation.
Note the timestamp and compare it to what happened around then (Windows Update, BIOS update, docking/undocking, booting from USB, BIOS settings change, etc.).
This step tells you whether it’s likely:
a firmware/BIOS/Secure Boot change, or
a boot configuration (BCD/boot files) issue, or
- a disk/boot partition reliability issue.

Also information, Bitlocker conducted a TPM binding census and A trusted WIM file has been added for volume C

2026-02-20T17:32:47.94+00:00 Those entries are expected BitLocker/TPM maintenance events, not a sign that your boot menu is “corrupted.”. These messages often appear after Windows/firmware updates or recovery environment updates, and Microsoft community guidance notes Secure Boot/TPM/firmware changes can produce these warnings.
What matters is what happens right before the days you hit the recovery screen: recurring recovery is most often caused by changing TPM.
