Administer name and password

Question

My wife's computer is prompting for an administrator user name and password to download software and to use the abundant Microsoft tools using command prompt. She has no idea what the administrator name and password are and neither do I. We are stuck!

do you know any other user at all on this computer?

if you do t know this admin use unfortunately you will need to back up files and reset to start over to regain admin access.
