I can't log into my normal microsoft account.

Question

You guys have made it impossible to have an agent just Send me a verification code by talking to them like i used to. The first time i tried to send a verification code, it failed to send it to my phone, so i requested another one, then that worked, so i reset my password, However, I reset it to something i couldn't type again because i hit an incorrect button for both, because i couldn't see what i was typing fully. So now i've got to wait for ages and you're messing up my schedule for my college stuff!
