I have encountered difficulties opening Microsoft Store; it either opens up and take ages to load and never full does or it opens but never loads to the point of usage.

I also cannot sign in to my Outlook account on my PC, but I can on my phone.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

    • Do you have a third-party antivirus installed? If yes, which one?
    • Do you have any VPN software installed? (Even if it's not running at the moment) If yes, which one?

Also. What is the version and "OS Build" of your Windows 11?

    • Press "Windows + R", type winver, and click OK.

If you prefer, share a screenshot. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

Be sure to censor your email address if it appears. The Microsoft Q&A is public.

    I await your reply.

To address the issues you're facing with Microsoft Store and Outlook on your Windows 11 PC, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

    For Microsoft Store Issues:

    1. Check Microsoft Store Install Service:
      • Press Windows Key + S and type services.msc.
      • Locate the Microsoft Store Install Service. If it's running, right-click and select Restart. If it's disabled, change it to Automatic and start it.
    2. Check for Third-Party Software:
      • If you have a third-party VPN or antivirus installed, try temporarily uninstalling it to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Change Region Settings:
      • Sometimes changing your region to the United States can help with Microsoft Store issues.

    For Outlook Sign-In Issues:

    1. Clear Identity Cache:
      • Close all Office apps.
      • Navigate to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft and remove the folders identitycache and oneauth.
    2. Repair Office Installation:
      • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find Microsoft Office, and select Modify to repair the installation.
    3. Reinstall Office:
      • If the above steps do not work, consider uninstalling Office and then reinstalling it from your subscription.

These steps should help resolve the issues you're experiencing with both Microsoft Store and Outlook on your PC.
