Hi all,

There are scren shots i'm looking for specifically for Microsoft's Self Service Password Reset Reminders. I'm looking for those types of reminders that would pop up to the users once a certain amount of time has been achieved, but I could not find any screenshots other than first-time rollout material.

Is there a location with SSPR Reminder screenshots that can be downloaded? Also checked online and couldn't find anything

    Hello,

The request you’ve raised is not related to Windows for Business or Windows 365 Enterprise. What you are asking about are Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) reminders and specifically whether there are screenshots available that show the reminder prompts users receive when they are required to register or when their registration is expiring.

Microsoft does provide rollout materials for SSPR, but these are limited to posters, email templates, and registration campaign assets. They do not publish screenshots of the reminder prompts beyond the initial registration experience. The reminders themselves are generated dynamically by Entra ID during sign-in and are not documented with static screenshots in Microsoft Learn or the official download center. The only official visual assets available are the rollout materials package, which includes customizable communication templates and graphics for administrators to use when introducing SSPR to users.

In short, there is no official repository of screenshots for SSPR reminders beyond the first-time registration examples. If you need to demonstrate the reminder experience, the only reliable way is to configure SSPR in a test tenant, set the registration campaign, and capture the reminder prompts directly during sign-in. That is the approach Microsoft recommends for administrators who want to preview or document the user experience.

I hope you've found something useful here. If it helps you get more insight into the issue, it's appreciated to accept the answer. Should you have more questions, feel free to leave a message. Have a nice day!

The context provided does not contain specific information or screenshots related to Microsoft's Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) reminders that pop up after a certain period. It primarily discusses the password reset process and user experience during the initial setup and usage of SSPR. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a location for downloading such screenshots or confirm their existence based on the available information.
