Office 2021 Professional Plus is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations, it is not a correct consumer licence, you will not be able to activate that Office licence, that website should not be selling that type of licence to the general public, the best option is to contact that retailer to get a refund for that Office licence you purchased.

If you are unable to activate Office 2021 and receive a message stating that the key has already been used, it is likely that the key has been activated on another account or device. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check the License: Ensure that the key you purchased is valid and has not been previously used. Sometimes, keys sold through third-party vendors may have been activated already.
    2. Contact Support: Reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help verify the status of your key and provide guidance on how to proceed.
    3. Use the Correct Microsoft Account: Make sure you are signing in with the Microsoft account that is associated with the Office 2021 license. If the key was previously used with a different account, you may need to access that account to activate Office.
    4. Reinstall Office: If you continue to experience issues, consider uninstalling Office and then reinstalling it. After reinstalling, try entering the key again.
    5. Check for Background Permissions: If you're using a Mac, ensure that the necessary background permissions for Microsoft Office are enabled in your system settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consider purchasing a new key or a subscription to Microsoft 365 to ensure you have a valid and supported version of Office.
