Hi @Hussain, Zakir,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing detailed information including the screenshot. I can totally understand the importance of having Outlook to work as expected for your work basis. Based on your description, this typically indicates that the Teams cache is out of sync or that the existing WebView2 installation has a problem.
To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
- Press Windows + R at the same time and enter regedit.
- Navigate to the following registry path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\Clients\
- Under the Clients folder, find and delete the folder with the name: {F3017226-FE2A-4295-8BDF-00C3A9A7E4C5}.
- After deleting this registry folder, run the WebView2 installer to reinstall WebView2.
- Once WebView2 is reinstalled, Microsoft Teams launched successfully without issues.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.
