Issue accessing credentials az 900 and dp 900

Hi,

I had taken exams for Az900 and DP 900 in the months of March and April respectively. While conforming the exam for az900 I miss typed my email and sent the conformation to some other email address so I don't even have an email proof of that examination. But, the main issue is that I don't see my certifications on the Microsoft learning page at all which I have to submit for an internships today. Please fix the email mistake for az900 and the link connection to my certifications.
