Hi,
Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how confusing and frustrating it is to see charges coming from two separate accounts, especially when one of the email addresses is not one you actively use.
This happens often when subscriptions are accidentally created under different Microsoft accounts without realizing it. Microsoft guidance explains that each subscription is tied to the specific email used during purchase, and duplicate subscriptions must be canceled by signing in with the exact email connected to the unwanted subscription. The best way to resolve this is to sign in separately using your AOL address and your Gmail address at the Microsoft 365 account or services page to check which subscription is linked to each. Once you identify the subscription tied to the Gmail account, you can cancel it directly from the subscription management page by selecting Cancel subscription under Billing settings. If the Gmail subscription is still active and billing, turning off recurring billing also stops future charges. Checking bank or card statements for which email appears on each Microsoft 365 charge can also help clarify which subscription is the one you want to keep or cancel. Would you like help signing into each account to verify which subscription is active and identifying the correct one to cancel?
Feel free to follow up with any details or questions I’m here to help you fully sort this out and prevent future billing issues.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Noel
