Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

First, can you let me know if you have Focused Inbox turned on in Outlook?

If you’re using Outlook on iOS, or a mobile browser, to turn off please click your Profile from to left > click Settings (gear icon) from lower left > click "Mail" > find "Focused Inbox" and toggle it off.

If issue persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Which app you’re using on iOS (Outlook app or Mail app)?
    2. If new emails are showing under “Other” instead of “Focused”
    3. When was the last time your phone received mail?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If your Outlook on your phone is no longer receiving mail while it works on your laptop, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your phone is connected to the internet, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
    2. Update the App: Make sure that your Outlook app is updated to the latest version available in the App Store or Google Play Store.
    3. Reboot Your Phone: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve issues with apps.
    4. Check Account Settings: Verify that your account settings in the Outlook app are correct. You may need to remove and re-add your email account.
    5. Clear App Cache: If you are using Android, you can try clearing the app cache for Outlook in your phone's settings.
    6. Check for Notifications: Ensure that notifications for Outlook are enabled in your phone's settings.
    7. Reinstall the App: If the problem persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook app may help resolve any underlying issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult Microsoft support for further assistance.
