I think that u’ll see the Q&A visual only if the model has the linguistic cap flag turned on. in some orgs it gets dropped when the dataset is published thru the API, so just republish from Desktop once and it usually comes back.

You can see visual Q&A in Power BI on dashboards and reports. Q&A is available on dashboards in the Power BI service and at the bottom of the dashboard in Power BI mobile. Additionally, if the report designer has added a Q&A visual or a Q&A button in a report, you can interact with it to ask natural language questions and create visuals based on the answers.

To check how the prompt looks, you can enter questions in the Q&A visual or use the Q&A button in a report, which opens the Power BI Q&A Explorer window for interaction.
