Site https://setup.office.com/redeem/ is not working

Hello,

I am contacting support regarding an issue with an Office 2024 Professional license that I purchased.

After entering and validating my product key (CD key) at https://setup.office.com/redeem/, I am redirected to a download page that provides links for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Office.

However, none of the download links work. They all return an error when I try to proceed with the download.

In addition, the product key is not being linked to my Microsoft Account, which is what I expected after redeeming it successfully.

Issue summary

1. Product key is accepted/validated at the redeem page.

I am redirected to the Office download page.

Both 32-bit and 64-bit download links fail with errors.

The redeemed key is not associated with my Microsoft Account.

What I am requesting

A fix for the errors occurring on https://setup.office.com/redeem/

A valid official download link for Office 2024 Professional (32-bit or 64-bit) so I can install the product

Confirmation/correction of the product key association with my Microsoft Account

For reference, I initially opened a support request through the Microsoft live chat page: https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/home/livechatwidget? and I was instructed to contact support through this other channel.

Office Professional 2024 is a volume license. It needs to be deployed rather than installed. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/ltsc/2024/deploy .
