Before we proceed, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the situations.
- May I know if the issue happens with any other ports?
- As I checked, this hub also has a USB-C power ports, which means the manufacturer also think of the possibility that power from the computer alone might not be enough for all ports to function correctly. May I know if you have tried to connect it to a source of external power yet?
- Does this hub work on any other devices?
Additionally, sometime the version of driver from the manufacturer website might not be compatible with the current Windows version. In this case, could you please try to find the driver update for it in the Microsoft Update Catalog?
