I paid my Microsoft 365 account in early February, but I continue to be billed? I have two accounts and want to logout from the one and login to the one I paid the bill for.

Can I please, please speak to a LIVE Billing Agent?

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

If you are being billed for your Microsoft 365 account despite having paid, it could be due to several reasons, such as having multiple subscriptions or accounts. To resolve this, you can log out of the account that is being billed and log into the one you intended to pay for.

To speak with a live billing agent, you can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft support page.
    2. Sign in to your Microsoft account associated with the subscription.
    3. Select Microsoft 365 as the product you need help with.
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Choose the option to contact support, and you should be able to connect with a live agent.

For further assistance, you can also refer to the support articles available on the Microsoft website.
