    Hi Janet,

macOS Tahoe supports Microsoft 365. What is the exact error you are hitting?

    1. Shut Down: Turn off your Mac completely.
    2. Boot to Safe Mode:
      • Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3): Press and hold the Power button until "Loading startup options" appears. Select your disk, hold the Shift key, and click Continue in Safe Mode.
    3. Test the Apps: Log in and relaunch the problematic apps. If they run smoothly here, the system has likely cleared the underlying conflict.
    4. Return to Normal: Restart your Mac normally (without holding any keys) to exit Safe Mode.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

If you're having trouble installing Microsoft 365 on your Mac with macOS Tahoe 26.3, here are some steps you can try:

    1. Check Compatibility: Ensure that your version of macOS is compatible with the version of Microsoft 365 you are trying to install. Sometimes, older versions of macOS may not support the latest Microsoft 365 features.
    2. Update macOS: Make sure your macOS is fully updated. Sometimes, updating the operating system can resolve installation issues.
    3. Remove Previous Installations: If you have previously installed Microsoft 365, try uninstalling it completely before attempting a new installation. You can do this by going to the Applications folder, finding Microsoft Office apps, and dragging them to the Trash.
    4. Use the Command Line: If you're encountering specific error codes during installation, you may need to use the command line to troubleshoot. For example, if you're using FSLogix, ensure that it is not hiding any Office executables.
    5. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable during the installation process, as a poor connection can lead to installation failures.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
