    Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

    Follow the steps below to get this fixed.

    Create a new Outlook profile

    Close Outlook

    Press Win + R

    Type:

    control

    Press Enter

    Click Mail

    Click Show Profiles

    Click Add

    Enter a new profile name

    Set it as Default

    Open Outlook
