To install Office 365 after uninstalling Microsoft 2016, you may want to follow these steps:

    1. Ensure Complete Uninstallation: Make sure that Microsoft 2016 has been completely uninstalled. You can use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool to help with this process. It can assist in removing any remnants of the previous installation that might interfere with the new installation.
    2. Check for Compatibility: Ensure that your system meets the requirements for Office 365. Check that your Windows version is compatible with the version of Office you are trying to install.
    3. Download the Latest Installer: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Office 365 installer. You can download it from the official Microsoft website.
    4. Run the Installer as Administrator: Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator" to avoid any permission issues during installation.
    5. Disable Antivirus Temporarily: Sometimes, antivirus software can block the installation process. Temporarily disable it and try the installation again.
    6. Check for Disk Space: Ensure that you have enough free space on your hard drive for the installation.

If you continue to experience issues, consider checking for error codes that might provide more insight into the problem. You can refer to the troubleshooting documentation for specific error codes and their resolutions.
