I recently lost my premium 365 membership and signed up for the basic membership with 100GB of storage. Why am I not permitted to send/receive email due to storage, when I have only used 23/100GB of storage?

    Hi Matthew,

    You should not have an issue if only 23 GB is stored.

    Do the senders recieve a bounce back message?

    I think ur mail’s stuck cuz Outlook’s hidden quota’s full. just purge RecoverableItems in OWA (gear→storage→recover→purge) or transport wont un-blok u. wish this help
