    Hi William,

The recovery partition can be created using Diskpart commands.

1] Please open Disk Management and maximize it. Adjust the column widths in the top pane to make all the entries visible. Post a screenshot.

2] Launch msinfo32.exe, and click System Summary. Resize the columns in the right pane to make the entries visible, and post a screenshot.

3] Open the admin Command Prompt and run:

    bcdedit
    reagentc /info

    Post the output.

You’re not the first person to accidentally delete the Windows 11 recovery partition.

You should Use Dell’s Official OS Recovery Tool.

Since you have a Dell XPS‑8930, Dell provides a full recovery image you can download and use to rebuild the system’s recovery environment.

Dell’s OS Recovery Tool lets you create a bootable USB that restores the factory recovery setup.

To recreate the Windows 11 recovery partition after it has been deleted, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Create Recovery Media: If you have access to another Windows 11 PC, you can use the built-in recovery media creation tool to create a USB recovery drive. This will allow you to restore your system to its factory state.
    2. Use DISM Tool: You can use the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool to apply a recovery image to a new partition. This requires a recovery image file, which can be obtained from your manufacturer or created from a working system.
    3. Recreate the Partition: You may need to use Disk Management or DiskPart to create a new partition for the recovery environment. Make sure to format it correctly and assign it a drive letter.
    4. Copy Recovery Files: Once the partition is created, you can copy the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) tools into the recovery partition. This can be done using the command line.
    5. Register the Recovery Partition: Finally, you will need to register the new recovery partition using the reagentc command to ensure that Windows recognizes it as a recovery option.

For detailed instructions on how to perform these steps, you can refer to the Microsoft documentation on creating recovery media and configuring recovery partitions.
