Hi Carter Tran Cao,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand how confusing this situation can be.
Even if you’re the only person listed as the Family Organizer, Xbox and Windows rely on the age information on the Microsoft account, not the organizer role, to decide whether adult permission is required.
Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try in this case:
1, Check and confirm your account age
- Sign in to Microsoft account.
- Verify that the birthdate reflects adult age.
2, Refresh Family Safety settings on Windows 11
- Press Windows + R, type cmd and select OK
- Run this command:
schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask" - Restart the device
3, Re-sign in on Xbox
- Sign out of your profile on the console.
- Restart the console.
- Sign back in to apply updated permissions.
Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
